Return Policy

7-Day Defective Return Policy

At CES, we wish for the best experience for our customers, and it is a known fact that online shopping comes with its own hassles, such as shipping issues and manufacturing defects etc. As a gesture of sincerity, CES offers a 7-day defective return policy for all our products to both its online/ offline customers for an exchange or a refund (subjected to approval). Please do take note that, all returned goods must be in its original condition when you receive it, with its serial number intact with the original packaging and invoice. The 7-day count starts when the courier has confirmed the customer has received their goods.

Warranty Claim

The CES warranty applies, provided:

  1. The product is handled properly for its intended use only. Please refer to the user guide that was supplied with the products.
  2. The product is used in accordance with its operating instructions.
  3. Original Invoice is presented with the product and its serial number intact.
  4. Serial number is not tampered/ damaged.
  5. Any sort of malfunctioning due to third party accessories (power cables etc)
  6. Damage/abuse caused by external factors (shocks, accidents, electricity current fluctuations etc)

Item must be returned within the stated period of time from the date the item is received (Refer to user guide/warranty card/product page for product warranty information).

For the process of all return/warranty claims, please email the respective details to us:

  1. Item Name
  2. Invoice Date
  3. Serial Number
  4. Photos of the Product
  5. Location of Purchase (Ex. CES Official Website, DCB Electronics Sdn Bhd & etc.)

Postage is to be borne by the customer in the event of an exchange or return.

Returns/Exchange may take up to 12-14 Business Days, excluding shipping times, without taking into considerations of public holidays. While stocks last.

Exchangeable for items that is equivalent or lower in value only.
