Why did the LED Indicator light not turned on?
When the LED Indicator light is not turned on, there is a possibility that the unit is not function properly, where water pressure is below 1.2bar or water flow is below10 lpm. It could also be that the LED indicator light is faulty, users may also smell the flowing water for fresh grass smell to identity if the unit is working.
My house has installed mineral water machines, can i still use this product?
Yes,the Hydro Powered Ozone Generator works perfectly with mineral water filter
How long will the ozone stay in the water?
Ozone will start to dissipate as soon as it is created. Within 15 minutes, most of the O3 in the water would have turned back into O2 when exposed to open air.
Can I drink Ozonated Water?
While in many countries, ozone has been used for many water treatment plants. We do not recommended to drink ozone water directly due to individual health status. Please consult your physician.
