How do I clean the unit?
Disconnect the Purifier and use a piece of soft cloth to wipe the purifier. Refer owner manual for details.
Should I activate boost mode when people is around?
Boost Mode is completely safe as its active oxygen concentration is well under OSHA’s permissible exposure limit (PEL) for ozone which is 0.1 parts per million over an eight-hour work shift.
Why does the unit switches off on its own?
Movement sensor built-in to save energy.
Can i disassemble the unit?
No, the unit is a one time assembly process. Any dismantling of the main body will render the unit unusable and shall automatically void the warranty.
